Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund.

We will issue a refund to your original payment method minus the original shipping cost for all orders up to 25EUR (including shipping and taxes). There is no refund for orders over 25EUR unless they are defective (wrong prints) or lost by the carrier. There is no refunds for International orders.

• we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. FoxPrint™ is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
• You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our office in Donauwörth, Germany.

To return or exchange an order:

• Email us at support@foxprint.com within 7 days from the date of shipping or 3 days from the day you received your shipment (whichever is later). Make sure to include an explanation for your dissatisfaction, so that we can improve our offering,
• Include order ID from the confirmation email we sent you as a proof of purchase,
• Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking to:
